Job Title: Head Human Resources

Location: Corporate Office, Chennai

Reporting To: Managing Director

Industry: IVF Clinics, Hospitals

Role Summary

Lead and manage the HR function across all verticals of Iswarya Health including IVF centers and multi-specialty hospital ensuring strategic alignment of people, process, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Align HR strategy with business growth across clinics, hospital.
  
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
  
• Drive performance management, appraisals, and incentives.
  
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  
• Lead employee engagement, retention, and training programs.
  
• Implement HRMS and maintain analytics dashboards.
  
• Build a strong organizational culture and support leadership hiring.
  

Requirements

• MBA/PG in HR with 1015 years of experience (multi-unit preferred).
  
• Prior exposure to healthcare or retail HR is a strong plus.
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  
• Willing to travel pan-India as needed.
