Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize Generative AI models and applications using Azure OpenAI services (GPT models, DALL-E, etc.).
- Utilize Azure AI Foundry/ Langchain to design, customize, and manage AI applications and agents, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) implementations.
- Integrate Generative AI solutions with data pipelines and platforms, particularly leveraging Databricks for data preparation, processing, and model training.
- Work with Databricks Unity Catalogue to ensure data governance, access control, and lineage for AI-related data assets.
- Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and frontend developers to bring AI models from experimentation to production.
- Implement and maintain robust MLOps practices for GenAI models, including version control, deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization within the Azure ecosystem.
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and help establish best practices for GenAI development.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Generative AI, Azure AI services, and related technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying Generative AI models and applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI services and their APIs.
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry for AI application development and management.
- Proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers).
- Solid understanding of data engineering principles and experience with Databricks for data processing and ETL.
- Familiarity with Databricks Unity Catalogue for data governance and access management.
- Experience with MLOps practices and tools for deploying and managing AI models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
