• ServiceNow Expertise:
  
• 4+ years of hands-on implementation and development experience in ServiceNow core modules such as ITSM, CSM, or OMT.
  
• Proficient in developing and administering:

• UI Policies/Macros/Pages/Actions
  
• Data Policies
  
• Email Notifications & Scripts
  
• Transform Maps
  
• Script Includes
  
• Custom App Development
  
• Portals & Integration:
  
• Strong technical expertise in portals and widgets.
  
• Experience with bi-directional integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
  
• Programming & Tools:
  
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
  
• Familiar with Git and ServiceNow-specific scripting components.
  
• Additional Desirable Experience:
  
• Database concepts (Relational, NoSQL, MySQL).
  
• Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
  
• Container technologies (e.g., Docker).
  
• Software methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum).
  
• TM Forum Open APIs (a plus).
  

Certifications (Preferred):
