Cintal Technologies Pvt. Ltd is looking for an experienced Karate Automation Engineer to join our team in Chennai_Work from office role.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using the Karate framework.
• Create test strategies and plans based on business requirements.
• Develop and design test scripts to ensure compliance with project mandates.
• Develop standard documentation, systems, and procedures.
• Ensure repeatable and measurable testing methodologies.
• Manage testing workload to meet project deadlines.
• Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Perform API testing using tools like Apache JMeter, REST-Assured, Postman, and Karate.
• Implement and maintain BDD test scenarios.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams for comprehensive test coverage.
• Troubleshoot and resolve test automation issues.
• Continuously improve test automation processes and tools.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Spring Boot and object-oriented programming.
• Exposure to AWS cloud services.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with build tools such as Ant, Maven, and Gradle.
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools: Apache JMeter, REST-Assured, Postman, Karate.
• Experience with BDD frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with other test automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and processes.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
