Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Manager-Sales (IT Services).
As a Manager-Sales, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end sales process of our bouquet of services, which includes but not limited Projects Sales, Project Staffing, and IT infrastructure solutions.
Your role will involve mentoring a team of Sales Executives and collaborating with other departments to maximize sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Sales Management: Lead the entire sales process and maintaining client relationships. Ensure the efficient management of sales activities.
- Team Mentoring: Provide guidance and support to the Sales Executives to enhance their sales techniques, negotiation skills, and overall performance. Conduct regular training sessions to improve the team's capabilities and ensure they meet their targets.
- Target Achievement: Set ambitious sales targets and work closely with the sales team to achieve and exceed them. Monitor individual and team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans accordingly.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market demands, and competitors' activities to develop effective sales strategies and tactics. Utilize market insights to identify potential clients and tailor services to meet their needs.
- Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the Lead Generation & Digital Marketing teams to leverage leads generated through various marketing channels. Coordinate efforts to maximize lead conversion and ensure seamless communication between departments.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their requirements, address concerns, and present solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Proposal Creation: Development of customized proposals and presentations for prospective clients. Collaborate with technical teams to design service offerings that meet client specifications.
- Reporting: Prepare and analyze reports, forecasts, and performance metrics. Present data to senior management to aid in decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- 6-12 experience in sales and business development within the IT services industry.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of IT services and technology solutions.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Result-oriented and driven to achieve success in a competitive market.
