Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Business Analyst with 6-10 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with customers and internal teams to gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into effective technology solutions.
You will lead requirements workshops, drive documentation and manage stakeholder relationships independently for medium to large-scale projects. Your experience with ERP systems, system integrations, and implementation projects will be essential for ensuring successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills are crucial, as is your ability to balance technical and business perspectives.
Role & responsibilities
Business Analysis & Solution Design
- Lead sessions to gather and analyse business requirements for complex systems and integrations.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical documentation, including workflows, use cases, and integration specifications.
- Conduct solution gap analysis and provide recommendations aligned with business objectives, particularly in ERP environments.
- Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Stakeholder Management
- Independently manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate discussions, manage expectations, and secure sign-offs on requirements and deliverables.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure mutual understanding of requirements and solutions.
Product Rollout & Customer Engagement
- Support and lead product rollouts, collaborating with implementation and technical teams.
- Conduct customer onboarding, training, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
- Contribute to ensuring smooth go-lives and post-implementation support.
Process Improvement & Collaboration
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Contribute to team best practices in business analysis methodologies, tools, and documentation standards.
Technical Acumen
- Work closely with technical teams to understand system designs, integrations and data flows.
- Participate in system integrations, data mapping, and UAT planning and execution.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in Computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment, ideally with ERP or system implementation and integration projects.
- Experience managing customer engagements independently and delivering end-to-end solutions.
- Solid understanding of working of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with system integrations, APIs, and middleware solutions.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with collaborative mindset.
