HR INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY MUTHOOT GROUP
Location: Corporate Office
Vacancies: 4
Stipend: 10,000/(Freshers ) Hence After 3 Months Stipend incresed TO 14,000/ month + hence Promoted as HR Executive with High Benefits
Duration: 6 Months Training at Bangalore hence will be moved to Near by Region (with On-roll Conversion Opportunity& Best salary in industry)

This internship is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to Recruitment and HR Operations, while working closely with our Corporate HR Leaders and Business Heads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive full training across all HR functions especially in recruitment & operations.
- Source and screen candidates using job portals, social media, and other hiring channels.
- Engage with candidates, explain job roles, and coordinate interviews via ATS tools.
- Regularly update internal HR databases and maintain joining documentation.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and handle HRMS entries and background verification.
- Maintain HR dashboards and support daily HR reporting.
What Were Looking For:
- Recent graduates in BBA/BCOM /HR Management (No MBAs).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in South Indian languages (an added advantage).
- Passionate about HR, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Self-starter, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
