Verify received products against delivery manifests and update inventory records.
Generate dispatch reports and handover summaries for delivery partners.
Track customer orders and assist in resolving discrepancies or delays.
Maintain real-time data on returns, damaged goods, and replacements.
Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for smooth operational flow.
Prepare and share shift-end reports with the central team.
Ensure all data entry tasks are completed as per SOPs and timelines.
