EGR - Business Analyst @ Sapiens

Job Description

• Collect, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to support strategic business decisions.
• Partner with stakeholders across business units to gather requirements and understand key challenges.
• Design and develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs for business monitoring using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data and present findings with actionable insights.
• Support the EGR team in building forecasting models and performance analytics.
• Document business processes and recommend improvements or automation opportunities.
• Assist in project planning, risk assessments, and implementation of new initiatives.
• Coordinate with IT, data engineering, and operations teams to ensure data accuracy and availability.
