Location: Mumbai
BFSI Core Banking
Role Overview
As a Finacle Product Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering product expertise across multiple customer engagements, driving solution design, implementation, and support for Finacle-based banking platforms. You will work closely with delivery leads, product teams, and client stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes across transformation and upgrade programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Finacle product implementations, upgrades, and customisations across client engagements.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of Finacle solutions.
- Provide product-level consulting, including solutioning, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Engage with multiple customers simultaneously, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including proposal creation and client presentations when required.
- Contribute to internal Finacle knowledge base and training initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8-15 years of experience in core banking solutions, with strong exposure to Finacle product suite.
- Proven delivery experience across multiple Finacle engagements.
- Deep understanding of Finacle architecture, modules (e.g., Core, Loans, Deposits), and integration points.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in issue resolution and root cause analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in working with geographically distributed teams and clients.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Finacle certification or equivalent product training.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
- Exposure to cloud-based deployments and microservices architecture is a plus.
