Position : Assistant Manager/Sr.HR Recruiter

Location : Coimbatore Regional Office

Qualification : Any graduate with relevant experience

Preferred: MBA/MSW

Experience : 3+ years

Age : Upto 31 years

Preferred Industry : Any

Salary : Based on the candidate's experience

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding for various functions, ensuring timely and quality closures.

2. Identify potential candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, walk-ins and aligned with manpower requirements.

3. Liaise with functional heads and Circle HR to understand hiring needs and ensure smooth interview scheduling and feedback management.

4. Oversee pre-employment documentation, background checks, and ensure adherence to internal hiring policies.

5. Maintain accurate trackers for internal review.

Key Skills Required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
• Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed) and Excel reporting

Experience in volume/bulk hiring & high level of ownership and ability to work independently.
