Job Description

~ Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats in Kannada language.
• Provide excellent communication skills to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Work on a rotational shift schedule including evenings and night shifts as required by the business needs.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using our CRM system.

• System: Core i5 7th Gen or above, 8GB RAM
• Camera: Mandatory
• Internet Speed: Minimum 20 Mbps
• Headset: Compatible ISB headset with noise cancellation
