Job Description
The WorkDay Developer/Administrator at Duck Creek Technologies is a developer role responsible for the development, implementation, and administration of WorkDay applications. This dynamic role involves collaborating with various departments to enhance the companys digital presence and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain WorkDay integrations, reports, and dashboards.
- Configure and manage WorkDay modules including HCM, Payroll, and Financials.
- Perform system administration tasks such as user access management, security configuration, and system monitoring.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and implement custom solutions to meet business needs.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for WorkDay-related issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Stay updated with WorkDay releases and enhancements, and implement new features as needed.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the WorkDay system.
- Train and support end-users on WorkDay functionalities and best practices.
- Participate in project planning and execution for WorkDay-related initiatives.
- Perform all other duties and activities as required.

WHAT YOU VE DONE
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Education and Work Experience:
- REQUIRED:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in WorkDay development and administration.
- Strong knowledge of WorkDay HCM, Payroll, and Financials modules.
- PREFERRED:
- WorkDay certification in one or more modules.
- Experience in a global software company or similar industry.
- Proficiency in WorkDay Studio, EIB, and WorkDay Report Writer. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Behaviors:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in WorkDay integration tools and technologies.
- Knowledge of HR and financial processes and best practices.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in SQL and other database management tools.
- Experience with data migration and data management.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and requirements.

- Ability to provide training and support to end-users.
