Job Description

Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Design Concessions Engineer with 2 to 4 years of experience in managing and resolving design deviations and non-conformities. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, document, and process concessions in compliance with engineering and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:

Review and process design concessions related to product deviations and non-conformities.

Coordinate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to assess the impact of concessions.

Prepare and maintain documentation in line with engineering change management procedures.

Use tools such as CATIA V5 , PLM systems , and concession management platforms (e.g., ZAMIZ, CCD).

Support root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions for recurring issues.

Participate in design reviews and provide technical justification for concessions.

Ensure timely resolution of concession requests to support production schedules.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering , Aerospace Engineering , or a related field.

2 to 4 years of experience in design concessions , product support , or engineering change management .

Proficiency in CAD tools (preferably CATIA V5) and PLM systems .

Understanding of manufacturing processes , quality standards , and engineering documentation .

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Airbus concession processes or similar OEM environments.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and collaboration abilities across teams.
