Manual Testing:
Analyze business and technical requirements to develop detailed test cases and test plans.
Perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing on web and mobile applications.
Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA.
Conduct UI, usability, and compatibility testing across different browsers and devices.
Working knowledge with qTest for test managementPerformance & API Testing (Optional but Preferred):
Conduct API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or SOAP UI.
Perform load and performance testing using JMeter.
Collaboration & Process Improvement:
Work closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to ensure quality at every stage of development.
Provide feedback on usability, performance, and potential improvements.
Contribute to test documentation and best practices.Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with mobile automation testing (Android & iOS).
Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
Programming experience in Java, Python, or JavaScript for automation scripting.

QA/QE - QA Manual - Test Case Creation, Execution, Planning, Reporting with risks/dependencies
QA/QE - QA Manual - Qtest, QC, JIRA and other Tools
Beh - Communication and collaboration
