4+ years experience configuring Workday HCM, with demonstrated functional experience: Proven expertise in configuring Workday Human Capital Management.
2+ years experience supporting other Workday products (Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, Performance, Learning): Experience in supporting various Workday modules.
Deep HR domain expertise and ability to translate business objectives into technical solutions: Strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to implement them technically.
Able to thrive in a complex & technically ambiguous environment: Comfort with navigating and succeeding in challenging environments.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science: Educational background in computer science.
