Job Title: Design Coordinator

Job Summary

We are hiring a Design Coordinator to support the smooth execution of design workflows across multiple real estate projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal architects, external consultants, and project teams to manage design submissions, revisions, and approvals, ensuring all design documentation is accurate, updated, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate between internal D&D team, architects, consultants, and project execution teams.
• Maintain and update drawing logs, approval trackers, and documentation control systems.
• Ensure timely distribution of revised and GFC (Good For Construction) drawings.
• Follow up with consultants for drawing submissions, compliance, and design changes.
• Support design review meetings by tracking action items and progress.
• Verify drawing alignment with project timelines and statutory requirements.
• Collaborate with site teams to resolve drawing-related queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related design discipline.
• 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in a real estate developer or architectural firm.
• Good understanding of architectural, MEP, and structural drawings.
• Hands-on experience with MS Office (Excel), AutoCAD, and basic document management systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail, version control, and project coordination expertise.
