- Solid CS fundamentals
- Excellent coding skills, preferably in C/C++/Python (Expert Level)
- Working experience with developing cloud-based services (AWS), streaming services, caching concepts etc
- Proven track record of working with customer priority issues/demands
- Experience with NOSQL and SQL databases.
- Good understanding of service deployment / TechOps
- Very good debugging skills, specially debugging live production issues
- Experience with mentoring junior engineers on the technical front
- Experience in NLP is a big plus
- Experience with large distributed architectures, AWS, Docker and Kafka are a big plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
