Role & responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries promptlyProvide accurate information about products/services.Resolve customer complaints effectively.Maintain records of customer interactions.Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues. Preferred candidate profile: Graduate and Under Graduates can apply. Proficient in English, Hindi, Telugu, Kanada, Tamil and Malayalam.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Comfortable with rotational shifts and weekend work.6-day work week with 1 rotational week off.
