Job Description

We are seeking a Doctor specializing in Ayurveda Clinic Consultations to join our team at a Series A funded D2C Wellness brand. As an Ayurvedic Fertility Specialist, you will focus on fertility treatments, providing personalized care to patients seeking holistic solutions. Your responsibilities will include assessing patients, creating individualized treatment plans, conducting Ayurvedic diagnostics to determine patient constitution and imbalances, documenting patient histories, diagnosing illnesses, and prescribing medications in line with brand guidelines while upholding professional medical standards. To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of 6 months of clinic consultation experience, hold a degree in BAMS or MD in Ayurveda from a recognized institution, and possess specialized training or experience in Gynac, Thyroid, or PCOD/PCOS. Strong diagnostic skills, proficiency in Ayurvedic assessment techniques, excellent communication, and interpersonal abilities are essential, along with a commitment to patient-centered care. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including paid sick time, paid time off, Provident Fund, and the option to work from home. The schedule will consist of day and morning shifts, with a performance bonus offered. The work location is in person, and candidates should be able to commute or relocate to Surat, Gujarat.
