Job Description

Role Brief: Process Auditor

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits across Gold Loan, HR, Admin, and Marketing functions.
  
• Evaluate compliance with internal policies, regulatory norms, and industry best practices.
  
• Identify process gaps and recommend corrective actions.
  
• Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable insights.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvements and ensure follow-through.
  
• Support risk mitigation while maintaining operational efficiency and integrity.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in financial services, HR operations, or administrative functions.
