Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Team Management:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
- Provide coaching, training, and guidance to team members.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions.
2. Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and expansion.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
4. Sales Performance:
- Achieve sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
5. Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service.
- Ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Requirements:
1. Experience in real estate sales prefer.
2. Real Estate Knowledge: Strong understanding of the real estate industry, including market trends, regulations, and customer needs.
3. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a sales team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Sales Performance: Consistent track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
5. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement sales strategies, with a focus on growth and expansion.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Real Estate Certification: Certification in real estate sales or a related field is an advantage.
2. Industry Network: Established network of contacts in the real estate industry.
3. Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Bhubaneswar real estate market.
What We Offer:

NOTE:Candidate with 10+ years of experience in the real estate industry will be considered for a specialized Team Lead role,with a competitive salary package of 70,000 per month.
