• Experience in leading end-to-end Knowledge Transition (KT) from outgoing teams, ensuring effective capture and documentation of system knowledge, processes, and operational workflows.
• Working knowledge in managing day-to-day support and maintenance activities for Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), including incident resolution, monitoring, and adherence to SLAs.
• Experience in coordinating with customer stakeholders to communicate updates, issues, and enhancements clearly and proactively across all levels.
• Experience in identifying project and operational risks, maintaining a risk register, and driving timely escalation and resolution with appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Working knowledge in preparing and presenting regular status reports, including KPIs, support metrics, and issue logs, to both internal leadership and customer teams.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams across OMS (e.g., IBM Sterling), payment platforms (e.g., PayPal, Fiserv), and middleware (e.g., Boomi) for integrated support resolution.
• Experience in overseeing change management processes, including reviewing and approving deployment plans, managing release schedules, and minimizing production impact.
• Experience in leading and mentoring support teams, ensuring effective task allocation, adherence to best practices, and continuous performance improvement.
• Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within the company
