Job Title: Home Loan Executive
Department: Retail Banking / Home Loan Division
Reports To: Branch Manager / Home Loan Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1.Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
-Identify potential customers for home loan products through field visits, cold calling, and references.
-Establish and maintain relationships with builders, property agents, and real estate developers to generate leads.
2.Customer Consultation:
-Understand customer needs and provide suitable home loan solutions.
-Explain loan products, interest rates, repayment terms, and processing fees.
3.Application Process Management:
-Assist customers with the loan application process.
-Ensure proper documentation is collected and submitted as per bank guidelines.
4.Credit Analysis & Eligibility Check:
-Perform preliminary assessment of customer eligibility.
-Coordinate with internal credit and risk teams for approval.
5.Coordination & Follow-up:
-Liaise with internal departments like credit, legal, technical, and operations to ensure timely processing of files.
-Follow up with customers for any pending documents or clarifications.
6.Target Achievement:
-Meet or exceed monthly disbursement and revenue targets.
-Maintain a strong sales pipeline and conversion ratio.
7.Customer Service:
-Ensure high-quality customer experience throughout the loan process.
-Resolve customer queries and issues promptly.
8.Market Intelligence:
-Keep track of competitor products, interest rates, and market trends.
-Share insights with the team to improve offerings and strategies.
9.Compliance & Documentation:
-Ensure all activities are carried out in adherence to bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
-Maintain proper records of applications and communication.
