The requirement is for a replacement of Full Time engineer. This is for a replacement due to attrition.
The Engineer is preferred to have 5+ years of expertise on IDM and related products.
Expert on. Conversant with IDM solutions and comfortable to work on the following.
Work with the other Systems Engineers in the support of IDM, Active Directory and eDirectory
Gather business requirements for creation and maintenance of IDM Drivers
Provide day-to-day system administration support to assigned systems
Manage, develop (as needed), test and implement new deployments of systems
Maintain system documentation (such as As-Built documents for each application)
Establish and monitor User Identity lifecycle
Provide 3rd level technical support to end-users and team members
Monitor servers for performance and maintain system environment according to industry ?best practices?
Provide on-call support for the systems administration group according to the on call schedule
Excellent written, verbal communication skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, and customer service skills
A proven team player with strong interpersonal skills that has a track record of following directions and company policies
Familiarity with the following is preferred: Experience with LDAP, Designer, iManager, iMonitor, ConsoleOne
Experience with eDirectory Schema
Experience devoloping IDM Drivers
Understanding of DNS and TCP/IP
