Job Summary:

Gravity Bath Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled System Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, upgrading, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and networks while ensuring system security and data backup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and computer systems.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth IT operations.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Implement security measures to protect company data and systems from threats.
• Maintain backup and disaster recovery plans.
• Update and patch software and operating systems regularly.
• Support end-users by resolving hardware and software issues.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Collaborate with IT vendors and service providers as needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
