Location - Bengaluru Role Description: Promptly handle day-to-day tickets using HRHD and JIRA.
Demonstrate proficiency with the PeopleSoft Absence module (functional), PS Query, and SQL, comfortable working with large datasets for payroll
analysis.
Collaborate with business users to understand and document absence management configuration requirements.
Configure new or updated PeopleSoft absence management features based on business requirements.
Develop and execute test cases to validate configurations and customizations, ensuring they meet business needs and are error-free.
Provide post-implementation support, including issue resolution and enhancements as needed.
Prepare and maintain functional design documents, business requirement documents, configuration records, and process documentation for future
reference and training.
The "Payroll knowledge is considered as an added advantage.
Qualifications: 4-8 years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Core HCM modules (Core HR, Absence , Payroll (Basic)
Strong understanding of end-to-end testing processes for Core HR, Absence , Payroll (Basic).
Experience with SDLC methodologies and QA best practices.
Good to have experience of using project management tools (HRHD and JIRA).
Experience in Leading a team and directly working with client.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
