Technical Troubleshooting: Resolving technical issues raised by customers via Remote assistance tools like Team Viewer Phone support Email/Chat support Coordinating with technical team for issue resolution. Technical operations: Application and data setup in tablets and SD cards Tablet configuration and SD card replication QC of tablets and SD cards Customer Support: Handling customer queries on phone/emails/chat (NOT related to sales) Administrative work: Simple operations (e.g. course setup) on backend systems Required Candidate profile
Working knowledge on Windows 7, 8 and 10. Working knowledge on Android devices (Should know, how to install/remove app, how to check version, how to clear cache etc.). Good operational knowledge of windows platform like (Uninstall/install programs, disable firewall & antivirus, reset internet setting, reset browsers, disk cleanup, windows update etc.) Ability to troubleshoot online technical problems Good understanding of internet and mobile apps 1 - 3 years of experience of working in a technical/customer support role. Proficient and polite in written and oral communication (English & Hindi) Must have working knowledge of MS office applications. Education Background: Min. Graduate, either B,Tech, B.Sc. or BCA.
