Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and driven Relationship Manager with at least 1 year of experience in insurance sales to join our cross-selling health insurance team. In this role, you will work closely with agents from life and motor insurance channels (agency, direct, and banca) to help them sell health insurance to their existing customer base. Your key focus will be training, supporting, and activating these agents to drive health insurance sales.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Channel Activation:
    Collaborate with existing life and motor insurance agents across agency, direct, and banca channels to promote health insurance.
  • Cross-Sell Strategy Execution:
    Identify cross-sell opportunities from current customers and help agents convert those into health insurance sales.
  • Agent Training & Support:
    Deliver product training and sales enablement sessions to help agents effectively position health insurance benefits.
  • Field Visits & Joint Calls:
    Accompany agents on client visits to assist in pitching health insurance products and closing sales.
  • Sales Target Achievement:
    Drive and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective cross-sell planning and field execution.
  • Relationship Management:
    Build strong working relationships with agents and partners to ensure continued business engagement.
  • Reporting & Compliance:
    Maintain accurate sales records, ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, and submit timely performance reports.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience:
    Minimum 1 year in insurance sales (health/life/motor), preferably in field sales.
  • Education:
    Graduate in any discipline.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of insurance products (especially health).
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to train and motivate sales agents.
    • Target-driven mindset with customer-centric approach.
  • Language:
    Proficiency in English and local language(s) is essential.
