AI Video Editor & Creative Designer Full Time @ Global Sports

Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a full-time, highly creative and technically skilled person who can

take a script or story idea and turn it into engaging AI-driven video episodes, complete with visuals, voiceovers, music, and promotional creatives.

This is not a basic editing job-its a full-stack creative role for someone who understands

how to use AI tools to generate and assemble story-driven, emotionally engaging content for YouTube and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Video Creation & Editing

Take a story concept or script and generate AI video scenes using tools like

Runway ML, Magic Light AI, Skyreels, Google VEO or similar

Compose scenes, characters, camera movements, and emotions through effective AI

prompting and direction

Edit video sequences with proper pacing, transitions, cinematic flow, and narrative

clarity

Use AI voice tools (e.g., ElevenLabs, Descript) to generate natural-sounding

dialogue and narration

Add AI-generated music and sound design to match mood and tone using tools

like Soundraw, Aiva, etc.

Static Creatives & Social Content

Design thumbnails, posters, episode banners, and other visuals for YouTube &

social media

Create high-quality static graphics and posts to promote each episode

Maintain a consistent visual identity and style across all content formats

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1+ years of experience in video editing and digital content creation
• Strong understanding of AI-based creative tools, including:
• AI video generation
• AI voice synthesis
• AI music creation
• AI image creation
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or other pro editing/design software
• Strong storytelling sense understanding narrative beats, mood, pacing
• Experience creating content optimized for YouTube and social media
• Ability to translate abstract ideas or rough scripts into compelling visual content

Bonus (Preferred but not mandatory):

• Experience in YouTube content strategy or short-form storytelling
• Familiarity with AI animation tools
• Knowledge of trending formats (shorts, narrated fables, animated dialogues)
