Software Engineer - Boomi Developer @ Offshoring Services

Job Description

Key Skills: Dell Boomi, CPQ

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and develop integration solutions using Dell Boomi.
• Architect and implement integrations involving JDE, D365, CPQ, Snowflake, and MDM systems.
• Define and maintain API specifications using Swagger/Open API standards.
• Ensure secure API integrations using OAuth and SAML protocols.
• Implement synchronous and asynchronous API communication models.
• Use DB and JMS adapters for data connectivity and integration.
• Configure web services and application connectors for seamless data exchange.
• Develop and manage mapping functions, including both system and custom logic.
• Configure decision shapes, mail connectors, and flow control mechanisms.
• Manage full lifecycle of packages and processes: creation, deployment, execution, and deactivation.
• Analyze and optimize integration processes using reporting tools and document flow controls.
• Apply data processing and business rule shapes for logic-driven automation.
• Use branch/route shapes to manage and optimize routing logic in workflows.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation.
• Be available to work in rotational shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).

Skills Required:

Must-Have:

• Strong hands-on experience with Dell Boomi
• In-depth understanding of integration design principles and API development
• Experience with enterprise applications like JDE, D365, CPQ, and MDM
• Knowledge of OAuth/SAML for API security
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with CPQ platforms
• Familiarity with Snowflake or other data warehousing tools
• Exposure to DevOps practices and deployment automation

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
