Full Stack Developer - Senior Software Engineer (Node.js + React.js) @ Synechron

Job Description

Synechron is seeking a skilled and committed Full Stack Developer specialized in Node.js and React.js to join our innovative technology team. In this role, you will be pivotal in designing, developing, and deploying scalable, high-performance enterprise web applications.

Your expertise will drive the creation of responsive interfaces and robust backend services, supporting business objectives across banking, retail, or related domains. This position offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital solutions.Software Requirements

Required Software Skills:

• React.js (TypeScript preferred)
• Node.js (v14+ recommended)
• JavaScript & TypeScript (ES6+)
• HTML5, CSS3, and CSS pre-processors (SASS, LESS) or CSS-in-JS (Styled Components, Emotion)

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development with React.js and Node.js
• Proven success in building responsive and enterprise-grade web applications
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and Microservices architectures
• Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases, especially MongoDB
• Familiarity with cloud deployment, container orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of banking, retail, or financial services domains is a plus
• Experience with performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting complex distributed systems
  

Day-to-Day Activities

• Develop user interfaces and backend services aligned with project specifications
• Participate in Agile sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and code reviews
• Automate deployment processes, monitor application health, and optimize performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical solutions
• Continuously review code for quality, security, and efficiency
• Document technical workflows, design decisions, and API specifications
• Stay updated on industry trends to incorporate best practices into development processes
  

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

Equivalent professional experience in relevant roles
