CLOUD ENGINEER

Experience - 0 2 years

Responbilities :

• Proactive monitoring of the Azure infrastructure and providing solutions for Azure Alerts
• Update the client with the alert received and resolution Provided
• Adhere to SLA to resolve the alert and follow the defined process
• Creation of Alerts and Dashboards for monitoring purpose
• Work on Cost optimization
• Implement Permanent solutions for frequently occurring alerts
• Work on DR testing, Resolving Replication health Issues
• Work on Server Patch update

Technical Requirements:

• Excellent Knowledge on Microsoft Azure
• Experience in Azure resource creation, Alert and Dashboard creation, Log Analytics workspace
• Experience in NSG, Performance Monitoring, Boot Diagnostics, Azure disks,Snapshots
• Experience in Azure Security Center, Azure Sentinel,Compute
• Experience in Recovery Service Vaults, Azure Backup, Azure Site recovery
• Must have Knowledge in KQL
• Ability to learn things on own and work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Develop good rapport with team and work along with them.
• Ability to work under pressure and be flexible to work on shift.

Nice to have:

• AZ-104 Certification
• Possess a basic understanding of Support Process.
