Job Requirement


We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Channel Partner Sourcing Manager with exp in commercial projects to drive business growth by identifying, onboarding, and managing real estate channel partners, including brokers, agents, and referral networks.

This role plays a critical part in expanding our sales reach and ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified buyers through a trusted network of intermediaries.


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners to drive continued business.
  • Act as the point of contact for partner-related queries, escalations, and performance issues.
  • Sales Enablement & Support.
  • Track and analyse partner performance and sales conversions.
  • Drive incentive programs and initiatives to boost partner engagement and productivity.
  • Keep abreast of market dynamics and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Expand channel partner footprint in new geographies or micro-markets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 8 years of experience in channel partner management, real estate sales, or brokerage networks.
  • Proven ability to build and manage high-performing channel networks.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and real estate ERP platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to travel locally or regionally as required.
