Getting business of rooms from Travel Agents, Touts, Taxi Unions, Hotel Agents & also managing walk-in customers (Developing & increasing Room Night Business through the retail store)
Drive offline sales through rigorous cold calling (daily follow ups with Travel Agents, meeting Taxi Unions and Auto Rickshaw Unions)
Book hotels anywhere in India for those travel agents & customers
Meet 3 to 4 existing listed hotels and negotiating best B2B EXCLUSIVE STORE rates from them
Generate business for store through personal sources
Handling walk-in customers and counter sales of hotel in the assigned territory
Responsible for end-to-end sales process from getting B2B Agents on-board to closing deals to retaining/acquiring Travel Agents in a specified/assigned market/ Sales passionate Identify/onboard/ develop channel partners
Requirements:
Preferred candidates having past work experience in sales/Travel Trade/ Key Account management/ Contracting/B2C & B2B Sales, Hotel Sales.
Skill set- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Passionate & Assertive (also number driven)
Understanding of the local language would be added advantage
