Job Description

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a skilled and versatile Software Engineer with hands-on experience in CRM systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365), Microsoft Power Platform, and SQL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and integrating CRM solutions that streamline business processes and improve customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Customize CRM workflows, plugins, dashboards, business rules, and integrations.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports for CRM and data-driven applications.
• Integrate CRM with third-party systems using APIs, Azure services, and middleware.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, performance bottlenecks, and bugs.
• Maintain technical documentation, release notes, and support manuals.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards, security protocols, and SDLC best practices.
