Role & responsibilities

• Provided comprehensive customer support, resolving inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to AWS, Azure services, and Active Directory, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage DNS mapping and IP whitelisting, effectively troubleshooting network connectivity issues to maintain seamless operational efficiency.
• Implemented and administered robust daily and monthly backup procedures, safeguarding critical data integrity and availability.
• Proactively monitored Azure service performance, identifying and addressing potential issues to optimize system reliability and efficiency.
• Automated routine tasks using Bash scripting and Ansible, reducing manual effort by 20%
• Implemented CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, integrating DAST and SAST security tools, resulting in a 15% faster deployment frequency.
• Managed Kubernetes environments, performing upgrades, patching, and security hardening, ensuring 99.99% uptime.
• Proactively troubleshooted Kubernetes pod failures, container issues, networking, and resource limits, resolving 85% of incidents within SLA.
• Configured Azure Alerts and utilized Prometheus, Grafana, and EFK Stack for proactive monitoring, decreasing system downtime by 10%.

DevOps Tools: Terraform, Ansible, Azure DevOps, Git, GitHub, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, SonarQube, Maven, ELK & EFK.
Scripting: Bash Scripting, Python.
