Job Description

Planning and managing the daily dispatch and distribution Program and ensuring that the dispatches are to be done according to schedule and minimize the part load
Generating timely MIS reports to meet various information needs of department.Inventory control and stock reconciliation and daily stock analysis.
Monitoring and Handling various documents like Invoices, Packing List and export related documents
Scheduling, Planning, Monitoring, Negotiating, vendor evelopment Etc...
* Daily closely follow up to meet out user requirement
Daily review of pending purchase orders & pending purchase requisition to avoid any plant urgency also make action plan according to situation for reduce pendency.
