Job Description

• Role & resp Key Responsibilities:
  Lead and manage the QA team through planning, execution, and delivery of testing activities.
  Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and test strategies for various projects.
  Coordinate with development, product, and business teams to understand requirements and define quality objectives.
  Review and ensure thorough test coverage for functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
  Monitor, track, and manage defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
  Guide the team on best practices and ensure adherence to QA processes and standards.
  Provide regular testing reports, metrics, and status updates to stakeholders.
  Assist in evaluating and implementing test tools and automation frameworks.
  Mentor junior team members and support their growth. onsibilities

• Preferred candidate profile ISTQB or similar certification.
  Experience in performance testing and API testing.
  Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  Automation test cases using selenium framework or other automation framework, experience in doing performance testing using jmeter or similar tools
  Domain knowledge in [Real Estate) is a plus.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  5+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
  Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  Experience in manual testing and exposure to test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JMeter).
  Proficient in defect tracking and test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
  Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
