In this role, you will:
- Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
- Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
- Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
- Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
- Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
- Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Should have at least 4+ years of strong hands-on experience working as Workday Technical developer with hands-on on Workday Compensation.
Job Expectations:
- Experience in Integrations - EIB's, Core Connectors, Studio, for exchanging participant information with benefits carriers
- Experience working and developing application using Workday Compensation
- Experience in creating/modifying Business Process Eligibility rules, steps
- Analyze business requirements, designs and writes technical specifications to design or redesign HCM solutions
- Develops original and/or complex code.
- Experience in understanding business/process, reviewing the user stories/requirements, development, testing.
- Knowledge on HCM Modules including Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits.
- Should have strong Techno-Functional experience in any of these modules - Core HR, Compensation, Benefits.
- Proven experience in relational database technologies and familiarity with DB design.
- Understands the usability and accessibility aspects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills is a must
- Experience working in Agile teams, knowledge of Scrum construct and be part of all agile/scrum ceremonies

- Reporting - Report Writer, Advanced Reporting.
