Position: SDET Software Development Engineer Testing

Experience: 6+ years

Job Location: Bangalore

Job Description:

Mandatory Skills

1. Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience.

2. Extensive hands-on technical expertise, including experience with Java.

3. Experience testing RESTful web services using Rest Assured and POSTMAN

4. Experience working on unit testing tools like Cucumber BDD

5. Experience with all aspects of software test, including test planning, test automation, failure mode test, etc.

6. Experience with build automation and continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins).

7. Ability to estimate effort and size of features

8. Experience with agile development methodologies and test driven development processes

9. Experience using source control (esp. Git) and bug tracking systems in a team environment

Desired Skills

1. Experience on testing Microservice architecture and Event Driven Design framework

2. Experience on any performance testing tool like K6, JMeter, LoadRunner

3. Experience on any mccking tools like Mockito, Wiredmock, Microcks

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience.

3. Solid experience in API Automation testing using Rest Assured

4. Experience testing RESTful web services and web applications using POSTMAN

5. Experience with build automation and continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins).

6. Experience with all aspects of software test, including test planning, test automation, failure mode test, etc.

7. Ability to estimate effort and size of features

8. Experience with agile development methodologies and test driven development processes
