Key Responsibility Area
1- Undertaking customer support tasks.
2- Ensuring proper task management to meet schedules.
3- Providing technical support and customer service.
4- Working directly with customers to address queries and resolve issues.
5- Understand customer requirements by clarifying and probing for information.
6. Establishing a positive rapport with all customer via phone / email.
7. Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience.
8. Drafting and preparing emails, letters, reports, and other communications.
9. Act as a liaison between and organization for prompt and time bound actions.
Preferred candidate profile
1- Candidate must possess good to excellent English communication skills.
2- Candidate must be IT savvy and well verse in MS office.
3- Looking for candidate with experience in customer support service. Freshers Graduates may also apply.
4- Candidate should be comfortable working in 24*7 shift based job.
5- Candidate should be immediate joiner.
