Job Description
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports using the Tally accounting package.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank statements and other financial accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and timely filing of returns.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support.
- Utilize Excel for report preparation and data analysis to enhance financial decision-making.
- Participate in audits and assist in the implementation of audit recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in accounting.
- Proficiency in Tally accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
