As the Associate Manager, you will lead and manage a team of customer service representatives and team leads to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your duties will involve team management, performance monitoring, quality assurance, process improvement, training and development, handling customer escalations, and data analysis for informed decision-making. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline and a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a leadership position within a voice process or customer service environment. Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, the capacity to work in a fast-paced setting, and familiarity with reporting and analysis are essential skills required for this role. Proficiency in the English language (speaking, reading, and writing) is preferred.,
