Job Description

Process: Voice Outbound Sales

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Sales (Voice Process preferred)
Salary: 15,000  to 23,000 CTC
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Shift: Day Shift
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Requirements:
Must be fluent in English and Hindi
Strong communication skills (Versant Level 5 or equivalent)
Proven experience in outbound sales or telesales
Ability to meet sales targets and handle customer objections professionally

Roles and Responsibilities:
Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing Flipkart customers
Promote products and services, and convert leads into successful sales
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales conversions
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication
