Experience:1-5 years in any freight forwarding company

Role & Responsibility:

Monitoring export and import assignments

Timely preparation of documents in the Odex platform

Preparation of House BL and other documents as and when required.

Coordination and follow-up with principals (shipping lines), CFS, custom departments, clients, and vendors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Timely coordination and reporting to HO
