Position: Sr. AWS DevOps Engineer with Terraform & Python

Location: Noida & Kolkata

Full time permanent position

Experience level: 4 to 7+ years

SKILL REQUIREMENTS -

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

B. Tech CS/ MCA from a reputed university

* Total IT experience - 6-8+ years - At least 4-5+ years of working experience as AWS DevOpsEngineer

* Experience with Open Source Configurations management tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform

* Working experience in Kubernetes & Docker environments.

* Good to have scripting or development background in Shell scripting, Pythonscripting

* Production experience in AWS

* Experience with Open Source and tools such as Haproxy, Apache, Nginx and Nagios

* Fluency with version control systems with a preference for Git * Good knowledge about Linux servers

* Hands-on in monitoring and ticketing tool like Jira or Solarwind

SKILL REQUIREMENTS - MANDATORY GENERIC SKILLS:

• Required technical skills and experience (see above)
• Proactive ownership and problem solving attitude - as given above.
• Must be a good communicator to ensure proper daily customer communications ? accent-free, easily understandable and grammatically correct verbal and written English.
• Commitment to the work environment described above
• Work as extended AWS DevOps support team of the client and participate in stand-up meetings with the client.
• Learn and support client's DevOps environment on AWS.
• Design and implement hosting solutions on different AWS environment like dev, stage and prod.
• Excellent communication skills and a good team player.
• Work in a 24x7 support environment.
• Troubleshoot, test and provide technical solutions to issues that may be reported
• Proactively monitor Jira tickets and client communications
