Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive with strong experience in US outbound calling and lead generation. We are also open to hiring freshers who have a strong passion for international sales and business development activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, specifically targeting clients needing support in Data Engineering, AI/ML, and Cloud Data services.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a quality prospect database focused on US-based clients.
- Perform market research and prospecting through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Generate qualified leads for staffing or project-based engagements.
- Understand client pain points and identify opportunities for solution selling.
- Coordinate with internal recruitment and technical teams to align sales strategy with candidate supply.
- Prepare and analyze weekly/monthly sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
- Maintain detailed records of lead generation activities in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
- Collaborate with marketing to design and run email marketing campaigns tailored to US tech decision-makers.
- Create reports summarizing key insights on lead conversion, industry trends, and competitor activity.
Skills and Experience
- 0 to 4 years of proven experience in US-based lead generation, preferably in Data/AI/Cloud consulting or IT staffing domains.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to interact with technical and business stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and CRM tools.
- Comfortable working in US time zone.
- Experience with cold calling, email campaigns, and multi-touch outreach strategy.
- Track record of generating qualified leads and achieving lead generation KPIs.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills using Excel, CRM dashboards, etc.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with tools like Apollo, HubSpot, Outreach.io, or Zoho CRM.
