Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• UI/UX Design

1. Translate product requirements and user stories into wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs.
2. Create responsive web and mobile-first designs using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
3. Maintain a consistent design language, style guide, and component library across platforms.
   

• User Experience

1. Understand workflows of various ERP modules: order creation, karigar allocation, QC, inventory, etc.
2. Conduct user research, gather feedback from internal teams/customers, and iterate design accordingly.
3. Design intuitive dashboards and reports for daily, weekly, and monthly tracking.
   

• Collaboration

1. Work closely with developers to ensure design fidelity and timely implementation.
2. Communicate ideas clearly using design documentation, prototypes, and walkthroughs.
3. Coordinate with QA to validate UI/UX during development and post-deployment.
   

• E-commerce Portal Specific

1. Optimize UX for catalog browsing, product comparison, checkout, and payments.
2. Design microinteractions for real-time stock updates, notifications, and offers.
3. Ensure brand identity is reflected in the portal through visuals, typography, and layout.
