AEM Backend Technical Lead Job Description

Location: Pan India,

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement enterprise systems using AEM platform, leveraging expertise in AEM architecture, components, workflows, and integrations.

- Technical Leadership: Lead a team of developers, providing guidance and expertise on complex projects, and ensuring high-quality solutions.

- Integration and Architecture: Integrate AEM with other applications, services, and third-party APIs, while designing scalable solutions using microservices architecture.

- Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security measures, conducting code reviews and analysis.

- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to deliver seamless web experiences and meet business requirements.

Requirements:

- Experience: 9+ years of experience in AEM development, with a strong background in Java, Sling, OSGi, JCR, and RESTful APIs.

- AEM Expertise: In-depth understanding of AEM architecture, components, workflows, and integrations.

- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Java, Servlets, JSP, XML, and web development frameworks.

- Leadership: Proven experience in leading teams and delivering high-quality solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile development environments.

- Cloud Experience: Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.

- Frontend Development: Knowledge of frontend development using CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.

- Certifications: AEM Developer certification is a plus.
